Precision Cold Rolling

At Combined Metals we convert stainless steel and specialty metals coil into precision strip.

Capabilities

Cold Rolled Precision Strip & Foil

Our four complimentary rolling mills, located in our Elgiloy Specialty Metals facilities in Illinois & Connecticut, enable us to roll to tolerances that are half industry standards. Our precision strip products can meet the most stringent customer specifications for commercial and mission-critical applications.

We offer exceptional gauge control and tension leveling which ensures dimensional and flatness requirements are met. Elgiloy Specialty Metals offers 4 precision Z mills. Our mills were selected and designed for their unique capabilities and the wide variation of size and widths they offer.

In addition to our four rolling mills, our slitting line cuts a superior slit edge and an exceptional edge. Our ability to provide close width tolerances as well as a better edge condition allows our customers repeatable and reliable production.

We also have the ability to produce a range of coil sizes. We offer DFARs compliant material and fast turnaround times from our U.S.A. rolling facilities.
